Outside of research, I enjoy playing guitar and spend as much time as I can with my wife and our two dachshunds, Willy and Coco, whether that's hiking local Swiss trails or exploring new cities together. As a dual citizen of Canada and the United States, I'm able to live, work, and consult in both countries without work authorization hurdles, and I've built collaborations on both sides of the border.
I'm also a strong advocate for open science: transparent methods, accessible data, and honest reporting make research more credible and more useful, and I'm committed to advancing these practices in the social sciences.
